   Hr communicates well and onboarding was not stressful even during the meridian of the pandemic. Lots of morale boosting events with free food which was bully for a fresh out of undergrad research tech.

   Cons

   Some of the lab PI'southward are more "traditional"/quondam-fashioned and will look you lot to work more than than yous're contracted for without submitting OT. It'southward a case by example basis though and some are much more reasonable

   -Proficient work life balance (this may depend on your specific enquiry team): my boss is very respectful of time off and very rarely do I ever experience stressed. -Good wellness insurance. - Bookish research is intellectually stimulating

   - Salary non on par with what y'all could be getting at a CRO.
